Immigration Fee Support Program

• Award amount may differ depending on the type of immigration petition filing fees

Click ‘Apply Now’, complete the Immigration Filing Fee Support application form, attach supporting documents, and submit.

To complete your application, please be ready to submit the following supporting documents.

• Copy of the Immigration Petition: Attach the copy of the immigration petition form to USCIS with the fee instructions published

Please be informed that if you do not meet these requirements, your application will be forfeited.

• Must be a beneficiary of employment-based immigration petition.

• Must be currently in the process of the petition.

• Must demonstrate financial need

• All personal information such as application forms, identity verification documents/information, immigration petition documents will not be used for any purpose other than assessment and selection of award winners.

• If any information or documents submitted in part of the Immigration Filing Fee Support application is found to be falsified, all award records and prize will be forfeited and returned to NNC Foundation without any delays.

• Each winner is eligible for one award ONLY.

• Awards are evaluated and intended ONLY for the main applicant. The award grant check will be issued to the USCIS office on behalf of the main applicant.
